DELIVERY

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.

Once your package has been shipped, please generally allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery within mainland France.

As soon as your package leaves CASA NOUD, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can track its journey to you.

Delivery times are indicative and may exceptionally be extended during periods of high activity.

RETURNS

Changed your mind? No problem.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return an item.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with any packaging and accessories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and checked, the refund will be processed via the payment method used during your order.

To make a return, please contact us by email, indicating your order number so that we can provide you with instructions.
